Week 8 - Values & Scenario

This week, we worked on defining the three main values that will shape our solution to the question: How can we help couples who’ve been living together for over a year improve their quality time and strengthen their relationship? The values we chose are anticipation, simplicity, and mutual growth. We believe these values will help us create practical and meaningful solutions for our personas.

• Simplicity: Our persona is a couple that has a busy schedule, we want to provide easy-to-use solutions. They shouldn’t have to spend extra time planning or organizing; everything should be ready for them with minimal effort.

• Anticipation: Building excitement is key. By giving couples something to look forward to, like a planned weekly activity, we can increase their enjoyment and motivation to spend quality time together.

• Mutual Growth: The goal is to help couples grow together and avoid relationship burnout. By focusing on meaningful, shared experiences, we aim to improve how couples connect and spend their time together.

After finalizing these values, we created 4 step scenario that showing how our personas would interact with the app, ensuring everything we designed fits these principles.We also spent time preparing our presentation for an upcoming mentor meeting, where we’ll explain the problem, why it matters, and how we plan to solve it.
