We started this week with competitor analysis. We mapped them out by placing their logos on axes to show relevance. After submitting our assignment, we realized the competitors we chose weren’t the best fit for our project. So, we went back, re-evaluated everything, and focused on finding more relevant digital competitors. The updated analysis gave us much clearer insights and a solid foundation to move forward.

We also had a brainstorming session to explore potential solutions. We organized our ideas into two groups: feasible and non-feasible, and focused on identifying the most innovative options. One of the highlights was challenging ourselves to think outside the box and not dismiss any idea too quickly. By the end, we had a strong list of feasible solutions and a clear plan for what to tackle next.

Our weekly task was to create timelines for our personas. We had to think of realistic scenarios where each persona faces a specific problem and figure out how the expert would help them solve it. Each persona had three key touchpoints, and since we had two personas, we worked to connect their scenarios while keeping their problems distinct for each one.

This week was a mix of teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. It felt like a turning point in our project, and we’re excited to keep building on the momentum!
